Obituary of Norberto Barroso DaSilva

Norberto Barroso DaSilva entered enteral rest in the comfort of his home surrounded by his wife, daughter and sister on February 4th, 2026. Born in Torre de Ervededo, Chaves Portugal on May 20, 1963 he was the son of the late Domingos and Erminia (Barroso) DaSilva and brother of the late Maria Reis. Bert was a strong and loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. Bert was a member of the Elks club and made many a great memory with a glass of wine and cigar in his hand at all the lodges he could find. Bert had a truly generous heart and was always willing to lend a helping hand to his friends and family. His true passions were creating, building and fixing things. Much of his inspirations came from his travel he loved exploring all the world had to offer. He saw beauty and potential everywhere and his home and his daughter's home are testaments to that with all he built and created in them. Survivors include his loving wife Mandy Fabrizi DaSilva, beloved daughter Tina DaSilva-Junget and husband Dain, his two cherished grandchildren, a granddaughter Charlotte DaSilva and a grandson Jack, his brothers and sister, Cecilia Fuimara and husband Greg, Diamantino DaSilva and wife Angela, Fernando DaSilva and wife Joann, a brother-in-law, Joao Reis, as well as many beloved nieces, nephews and friends. Relatives and friends can greet the family on Tuesday, February 10, 2026 from 4 – 7 p.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull.
