Obituary of Rosa Reyesgavilan

Rosa Reyesgavilan, age 79, of Shelton, beloved wife of Enrique Reyesgavilan Sr., passed away on Monday, June 4, 2012 at St. Vincents Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. Born on August 30, 1932 in Cuba, she was a daughter of the late Juan Millat and Elia Cardoso. She was a accounting supervisor at Petrie Store for 23 years before retiring. In addition to her beloved husband, Enrique of 53 years, survivors include a son, Enrique Reyesgavilan and his wife Yolima and daughter, Rosa Paredes and her husband Jorge, a sister, Irmina Medina Millat, six grandchildren, Venessa, Maribel, Christopher, Laura, Steven and Natalie, a great grandson, Aaron and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 7, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull and at 10:00 a.m. in St. Lawrence Church, Shelton. Interment will follow in Lawn Cemetery, Shelton. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 4:00 to 8:00 pm.
