I miss your beautiful energy at all your home picnics growing up. You were an amazing aunt, and I love you forever. Thank you for the good memories of being apart of a beautiful family.

Mrs. DellaRocco was a warm and welcoming person, she had my attention the first time I met her. She gave me a fantastic hug that was honest and genuine like I was an old friend. She will be missed, it took me some time to acknowledge that she is no longer here. My condolences to the family on your loss. Sonia Richardson- Recreation

It was a sincere honor and privilege to know Elaine and to not only be related to her but to call her my friend. From the moment we met, I knew she would be a special person to me always. We shared so many wonderful times together, and we also shared some not so wonderful times - it was all part of our wonderful relationship that lasted over 50 years. She was the kindest, most caring, most giving person you could ever want to meet always having a kind word, a smile, and most certainly a hug to give you each time she saw you. Elaine had a special knack of making you feel like you were the most important person in the world to her every time she saw you or talked to you, and I don't quite know how she managed to accomplish this but she always did. No matter how many issues she may have had going on or what she was personally going through, making you feel special and loved was always what she did best. She was a remarkable woman who provided a "port in the storm" for anyone who needed it no matter how many times it was needed. We were related through marriage, we were not "blood" relatives; but when she agreed to be in my wedding party, she gave me the greatest honor and compliment she ever could have. It was a blessing to know her and have her be such a strong part of my life. Her ultimate gift to me was providing me the honor of being Duke's Godmother - something I will cherish for all of the days of my life. I will miss her and her loving smile, but I will rest knowing she has finally been rewarded for all of her goodness that she gave every day. Heaven's gain is our loss. With love to all....
